“I prefer not to mention the photographer’s name for privacy reasons, but the quality of photos I received was extremely disappointing. Many images were poorly composed—for example, iconic landmarks like the Hofburg Palace were cropped so tightly that they became unrecognizable. Many shots had awkward framing, unflattering angles, and moments where I clearly weren’t ready but was in final selection of photos. The overall quality was far below what I would expect from a professional photographer. They promised a refund after my complaint but until now, nothing has been received. Extremely disappointed. I could have used my own tripod and taken pics by myself, but I trusted them. ”
