“At the end of the day, we got some nice photos and that's the important part. But you should know how Smiler works: After your photoshoot, you get the promised photos that you paid for. Then after that, you get a second set of watermarked photos that you can pay extra for. When we used Smiler the first time, we thought both sets were equally good - just different images. So we did not feel "tricked" or anything, and we paid the second time, happy with both the original set and the second set. It felt fair. This time, the balance was tilted heavily towards the second set of photos, so while I probably would have bought them anyway, I felt I was required to in order to have the best photos. ”

I was born in Milan in 1961 but when I was still a young boy my family moved to Florence. For this reason I love Florence more than any other place in the world.
