I booked an experience while visiting Amsterdam for my anniversary weekend. We booked a photoshoot at the canals.
The photographer herself, was friendly and ensured we got a range of locations/shots, however our disappointment came after.
We paid for the experience which included 25 photographs, I also confirmed this with the photographer on the day. 
When I received the link to our photos, there was a charge per photo or a charge to buy all photos. When I asked our photographer about our 25 included photos, she said that it was the concept of the company for customers to buy all photos and that it was not possible just to receive our 25. This seems contradictory to what was advertised.

I eventually got access to 25 photos and was informed that the concept is for the photographer to choose 25 best photos. This was also not the case, 25 random pictures were sent, they were not “chosen” as there were a range of pictures where eyes were closed or we were clearly mid getting ready for a shot.

Overall not the experience I had hoped for and was not advertised truthfully.
