I had an incredible experience with Melven during my photo session at Kyoto Station today. His professionalism and expertise were evident from the moment we started. He made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the shoot, paying great attention to the details and ensuring each shot was perfectly framed. Mavi arrived on time for our Photoshoot. He was very helpful with getting prep with the kimono outfits. He has great vision on where and how to take pictures. He didn't force us to hurry up and gave us a lot of time. He was professional and personable. He edited our pictures very well. The only thing I didn't like was the amount of time it took to receive the pictures. Our pictures were taken june 2 but received them on June 25. He also told me he will send extra solo pics of my son that we can use for his yearbook after he gets off from work on June 25 unfortunately, I did not receive the extra photos he promised. We did receive the group pictures and 13 solo pics of different members of our family which was good. I only wish that he also sent the extra photos he promised. I tried different ways of contacting him through his social media accounts but he just never responded back.
