Capturing moments you'll never forget

The pictures are not that good. Most of them our eyes are squinting. I paid for edited pictures but none of our photos were. They are all boring photos no blurred background and etc to make them beautiful. I am a photographer as well but I hired and paid a lot if money so I don’t get stressed during vacation to get a nice family photos. Very disappointed. Not worth the hype. The photos advertise were not the same location where my pictures were taken. I specifically said I wanted to have pictures at Trocadero but the photographer declined.

We scheduled our photoshoot for 10am, because we have kids and it takes time to get them ready. Gianni our photographer messaged us if we can come 9am, I said we will try as we have kids. So we went there for 9:40 since our hotel was about 25 minutes from the meeting place. When we git there, we felt rushed and the photoshoot was dont just after 10am. He didn’t even confirm to us if the photos he took look okay. He rushed every photo taken and not really what we. Wanted, we wanted some nice solos and different angle pictures, but didn’t really get to do it coz Gianni said he has to go. We got our photo just an hour after the photos shoot and wasn’t even edited. Like the editing apps on my phone can edit it better than the photo we got. This is one of the of pur worst experiences in photoshoots and we came all the way to Canada to capture a moment in Edinburgh. But that wasn’t really the experience we got.

Hello. I’ve never had such a terrible experience with a photo shoot. I’m going to be completely honest with you: I will never collaborate with Smiler again for a photo shoot because the whole experience was absolutely horrible.
