BART was absolutely amazing. He saved the day. We booked a photographer for 9am Trevi Fountain mini photo shoot. We get there early, at 8:45. I message and email the photographer to let them know we are at the meeting spot. No reply. It's 9:05 and I'm calling customer service, who proceeds to call Smiler(company?) and it just rings. I'm LIVID. Finally someone messages me back from Smiler and says the photographer had an emergency and can we reschedule. Luckily another photographer could get there at 10:15. It was Bart. Super friendly, very professional, so patient, absolutely wonderful. It was crowded, but you can't even tell by his shots. He captured our family perfectly. He was worth waiting for. When we got the photos, they took our breath away. Magical. Honestly, if you could request him, please do so!

Highly recommended! The session was supposed to be only 20 minutes, but we got much more time than expected. The photographer was patient, talented, and made us feel comfortable throughout the shoot. The photos turned out exactly how we imagined. Thank you!
