An Absolutely Wonderful Experience with Benoit - Merci Beaucoup!
We couldn’t have asked for a better photographer to capture our daughter’s University of Tampa graduation celebration in Paris! Despite our initial confusion finding the meeting spot (we wandered to three different locations - très embarrassing!), Benoit remained incredibly patient and gracious when we finally arrived 15 minutes late and slightly frazzled.
From the moment we met him, his warm demeanor immediately put our entire family at ease. Benoit has this wonderful gift of being both laid-back and gently directive - he asked what we envisioned for our photos, then guided us with subtle, encouraging instructions that never felt overwhelming. His sense of humor kept everyone relaxed and smiling naturally, which was especially important for our shy family members.
The Eiffel Tower provided a magical backdrop, but it was truly Benoit’s patient, kind approach that made our session special. He created an atmosphere where everyone felt comfortable being themselves, resulting in photos that genuinely capture our joy and excitement.

We booked a photo session with Smiler at the Eiffel Tower and had the pleasure of working with Vera as our photographer. She was absolutely amazing from start to finish! Even before the session, she reached out to ask about our outfits and gave us helpful suggestions on what to wear and what to bring — that level of care really set the tone for the whole experience.
During the shoot, Vera was incredibly warm and friendly, making us feel completely at ease in front of the camera. She guided us through every pose with clear and fun directions, so even though we're not professional models, the photos turned out looking natural and beautiful. She knew exactly where to position us to get the best angles with the Eiffel Tower and the Seine in the background.

Absolutely loved the photos and Carole!!! 🥰🥰🥰 She's such a lovely lady, full of energy and joy! This was our first time meeting, but I felt comfortable right away even though I'm usually very shy and awkward. That comfort really helped the shoot go smoothly!
I'm not great at posing and can’t really fake a smile or laugh for photos, but Carole guided me so well. She knew exactly how to direct me and made me genuinely smile and laugh, which helped everything look natural.
I also really appreciated that she listened when I wanted to try certain poses and helped bring my ideas to life. One thing I especially liked is how she takes charge in a friendly way! During the shoot, we had to wait in line and share the space, and if someone tried to jump in, she kindly asked them to wait or move aside. Thanks to her, none of my photos have random photobombers!

Durante la nostra recente visita a Parigi, io, mio marito e nostra figlia abbiamo avuto il piacere di fare un breve servizio fotografico (circa 10-15 minuti) con questo fotografo, e non possiamo che parlarne benissimo!
Le foto sono state scattate con lo sfondo iconico della Torre Eiffel e sono venute davvero meravigliose. Nonostante il tempo ridotto, il fotografo è riuscito a metterci subito a nostro agio, facendoci sentire naturali e spontanei.
