Meet your photographer at the Victoria Memorial Statue opposite Buckingham Palace. The nearest tube stops are Green Park, St. James' Park and Victoria. Victoria is also a main train station. You can easily spot them by looking for someone wearing a purple hat and/or lanyard and carrying a camera.
