How Smiler Vets Its Photographers
Every photographer working with Smiler in London clears identity verification, a portfolio review, and a check that they shoot on professional equipment, before ever appearing on the site. Once listed, they're held to a minimum 4.0-star rating to stay there, so a run of weak reviews gets a photographer removed rather than buried on page two. If a booked photographer has to drop out, Smiler arranges replacement cover so your date and time still happen rather than getting cancelled outright.
