Hiring a photographer in London works on fixed package prices, not hourly quotes or back-and-forth negotiation: a 30-minute session is €149 and 60 minutes is €249 at any fixed spot, and the Landmark Tour runs €249 for 60 minutes or €349 for 90, each covering the photographer's time, full editing of every delivered photo, and a private online gallery. Sunrise and sunset slots add €35; transport between spots isn't included, and none of the ranked London spots charges entry. Once you book, you land in a chat with your photographer to agree the meeting point and swap details before the shoot, and photos land in your gallery within 48 hours. Booking direct from a profile makes sense when you've read someone's reviews and want their specific style, or you need a language beyond English confirmed in their profile. Getting matched instead makes sense when you care most about the spot and time slot and want Smiler to assign whoever's available and vetted for it. How Smiler Vets Its Photographers
Every photographer working with Smiler in London clears identity verification, a portfolio review, and a check that they shoot on professional equipment, before ever appearing on the site. Once listed, they're held to a minimum 4.0-star rating to stay there, so a run of weak reviews gets a photographer removed rather than buried on page two. If a booked photographer has to drop out, Smiler arranges replacement cover so your date and time still happen rather than getting cancelled outright.
